• Graphic 10.4" Color LCD Touch Screen HMI
• Link Data via Ethernet/IP, A-B DF1, or Modbus TCP/IP
• Supports Continuous Monitoring up to 32 Tanks
A complete integration solution, KING-GAGE® LP3 system unifies data acquisition, HMI display terminals, and networking flexibility for fluid processing operations. Addressing multiple tanks requiring level measurement and inventory monitoring, this system reduces I/O overhead at a PLC or other process control device.
More importantly, by performing the scaling functions independently, it frees up the PLC to focus on the batching and control functions (with register values loaded directly from the LP3 interface). The benefits of this approach include better data integrity and PLC performance optimized toward more critical control functions. The LP3 integral data acquisition function coupled with network connectivity, including Ethernet, simplifies the sharing of tank inventory data across the process floor or throughout a corporate enterprise.
Built-in digital communications capability for Ethernet, USB, RS485, RS232C supports up to 4 high-speed serial ports linking PLCs, SCADA systems, or Internet access (via an integrated web server). Network protocols directly supported by LP3 include Allen-Bradley DF1 over Ethernet and Modbus TCP/IP.

• 8 Tank Multiple Channel Capacity
• Operator Interface Display & Keypad
• RS-485 Multidrop Communications
LP2 Multiple Tank Indicators expresses tank level directly in engineering units. Referencing a capacity profile to correlate transmitter output to actual tank geometry, the indicator formats the resulting value directly as the total weight or volume of liquid in the tank. LP2 Multiple Tank Indicator provides an operator interface keypad for access to function selection and density adjustments. There are no user conversion factors involved or scaling points to enter. All application details are factory programmed into an innovative nonvolatile modular memory called the Datapack iButton.
LP2 multiple tank indicators accept up to eight input channels that receive proportional 4-20 mA signals from liquid level transmitters. The actual sensor used to detect hydrostatic pressure created by liquid depth can be either electronic or pneumatic (using an electronic pressure transmitter to convert the sensor's pneumatic signal into 4-20 mA output).
LP2 multiple tank indicators can be used to eliminate analog I/O at your PLC or PC-based control system. As data acquisition hubs, each LP2 tank level indicator provides multiple point serial communications. An expandable network of up to 32 discrete indicators can be installed on a single two wire network (RS-485) for total of 256 possible input channels. Dual serial ports support multiple network configurations including query-response communications with a computer (or PLC), remote satellite displays, or interface to a KING-GAGE® LP3 system.

• 8 Tank Multiple Channel Capacity
• Direct Entry of Digital Setpoints
• Dual SPDT Controller Relays per Channel
LP2 SP indicators provide continuous measurement of liquid inventory in storage or processing tanks. Calculating level on the basis of hydrostatic pressure created by liquid depth, the system measures total product mass for more precise material accounting. A full numeric keypad and function keys support various user selections, including direct entry of control setpoints (high or low level) for each tank. The two line alphanumeric LCD readout shows tank level, readout unit (user selective), tank name. and specific gravity in the normal display mode.
The LP2 SP models add functionality of digital setpoints for simple level monitoring and basic control solution for many applications. These indicators support digital RS-485 communications to a central control system while allowing limited local control to production personnel. LP2 SP provides the user with two (2) fully independent SPDT relays per tank input channel. The hardware configuration includes normally-open (NO), normallyclosed (NC), and common (C) relay contacts. Factory programming options include standard LOW-HIGH (descending/ascending) or HIGH-HIGH (ascending/ascending) setpoint actuation.

• Direct Volumetric Display of Tank Content
• No User Scaling or Profiling
• Dual RS-485 Serial Ports (Digital Output)
LP2 Model 4640 indicators provide continuous measurement of liquid inventory in storage or processing tanks. The LP2 indicator expresses output directly in engineering units. A factory programmed capacity profile (Datapack iButton) correlates transmitter output to actual tank geometry. The indicator then displays the resulting value directly as total weight or volume of liquid in the tank.
The LP2 indicator reads the proportional 4-20 mA signal from a liquid level transmitter. The actual sensor used to detect hydrostatic pressure created by liquid depth can be either electronic or pneumatic (using an electronic pressure transmitter to convert the sensor's pneumatic signal into 4-20 mA output). LP2 also supports digital communications output via multiple RS485 serial ports using Modbus RTU or generic ASCII character strings.

• Continuous Tank Level Indication
• Single Integrated Bubbler System
• Simple All Pneumatic Operation
The KING-GAGE® Rotameter Gauge has seen decades of service in all types of applications. This integrated bubbler system is not only remarkably accurate but also simple to use. Merely adjust the rotameter to an appropriate airflow for continuous tank liquid level indication. A custom calibrated scale permits direct reading in units of volume, weight, or depth.
5993 Bubbler Tank Gauge uses the proven technology in which a length of pipe extends downward into the tank liquid. When purged with compressed air, liquid within the downpipe is displaced by air pressure equal to the hydrostatic force of liquid in the tank. As the rotameter controls a low rate of flow, air pressure will constantly maintain equilibrium against the force of the liquid. Output is directly proportional to liquid depth. This device requires a source of compressed air (typically 55-60 psi / 3.9-4.1 bar) for operation.
