• Low Cost On-Demand Indication • All Pneumatic (Non-Electrical) Operation • No External Power Source Required
Combining accuracy, low cost, and remarkable simplicity, the KING-GAGE® Hand Pump Gauge is designed for stand alone operation. No external power is needed other than to use the integral hand pump to pressurize the system. Perfect for isolated storage tanks or where only periodic readings are required. A custom calibrated scale permits direct reading in units of volume, weight, or depth.
5992 Hand Pump Tank Gauge uses the proven technology in which a length of pipe extends downward into the tank liquid. When filled with air from the hand pump, liquid within the downpipe is displaced by air pressure equal to the hydrostatic force of liquid in the tank. This pressure is read on the gauge using the calibrated scale to show tank level.

• Complete Single Component System • LED Column Display of Tank Level • Low Cost On-Demand Indication
LevelBAR HP (hand pump) is a complete tank gauging system. This manually operated liquid level bubbler gauge provides on demand level indication for isolated tanks or situations requiring only periodic monitoring. This self contained package requires only 115 Vac and a length of pipe extending downward into the tank to measure hydrostatic pressure due to liquid level.
The package includes a factory supplied marked scale calibrated for the density of tank contents. LevelBAR HP combines remarkable simplicity, low cost, and accuracy. Simply use the integrated hand pump to pressurize the system and obtain a tank level reading.

• Graphically Displays Tank Level • Hydrostatic Manometer Principle • Proven Dependable in Decades of Service 7750 KING-GAGE® Indicators are rugged instruments that will provide accurate and reliable liquid level measurement. Used with bubblers or pneumatic tank sensors that produce a pressure output signal, the fluid-filled indicator can provide local or remote tank level indication. Acting as a hydrostatic balance, its operation is inherently accurate and simple to maintain. A custom calibrated scale permits direct reading in units of volume, weight, or depth. Our 7750 KING-GAGE Indicator is a precision manometric instrument. APPLICATION NOTE: All pneumatic operation eliminates any need for additional intrinsic safety provisions.

• 8 Tank Multiple Channel Capacity • Direct Entry of Digital Setpoints • Dual SPDT Controller Relays per Channel
LP2 SP indicators provide continuous measurement of liquid inventory in storage or processing tanks. Calculating level on the basis of hydrostatic pressure created by liquid depth, the system measures total product mass for more precise material accounting. A full numeric keypad and function keys support various user selections, including direct entry of control setpoints (high or low level) for each tank. The two line alphanumeric LCD readout shows tank level, readout unit (user selective), tank name. and specific gravity in the normal display mode.
The LP2 SP models add functionality of digital setpoints for simple level monitoring and basic control solution for many applications. These indicators support digital RS-485 communications to a central control system while allowing limited local control to production personnel. LP2 SP provides the user with two (2) fully independent SPDT relays per tank input channel. The hardware configuration includes normally-open (NO), normallyclosed (NC), and common (C) relay contacts. Factory programming options include standard LOW-HIGH (descending/ascending) or HIGH-HIGH (ascending/ascending) setpoint actuation.

• Direct Volumetric Display of Tank Content • No User Scaling or Profiling • Dual RS-485 Serial Ports (Digital Output)
LP2 Model 4640 indicators provide continuous measurement of liquid inventory in storage or processing tanks. The LP2 indicator expresses output directly in engineering units. A factory programmed capacity profile (Datapack iButton) correlates transmitter output to actual tank geometry. The indicator then displays the resulting value directly as total weight or volume of liquid in the tank.
The LP2 indicator reads the proportional 4-20 mA signal from a liquid level transmitter. The actual sensor used to detect hydrostatic pressure created by liquid depth can be either electronic or pneumatic (using an electronic pressure transmitter to convert the sensor's pneumatic signal into 4-20 mA output). LP2 also supports digital communications output via multiple RS485 serial ports using Modbus RTU or generic ASCII character strings.
